The body does not achieve wellness by making damaged cells work correctly. It does so by producing new cells that work correctly.  The process of rebuilding a new and healthy you is based on the fact that the body is constantly replacing itself.

Your body grows new retinal macular cells every two days, new skin every six weeks, a new liver every eight weeks, and new nerve cells every eight months. As each new cell is built, the body seeks proper building materials from which to construct the cell. If the body cannot find good healthy materials, then it will use whatever is available. 

To make new cells, the body must have raw materials (nutrition) and sufficient cellular energy to use the materials. If either of these is lacking, pharmaceuticals and/or surgeries will not help.  Human cells are designed to run at about -25 millivolts (a pH of 7.45). The body has the ability to heal itself of many ailments if it is supplied with sound nutrition and proper cellular energy.”

Morning

  • Awake with a heart filled with gratitude
  • Seek truth from trustworthy sources
  • Make wise choices that allow the freedom for making more choices to move in a positive direction
  • Create a balanced day and set some goals, prioritize, and organize activities
  • Brush teeth thoroughly
  • Shower and dress appropriately for the weather and safety without concern for vanity or what others think
  • Learn all the sources of what it takes to create a healthy new cell such as the Tennant Healing is Voltage Protocols
  • Drink pure water throughout the day and provide the body with sources of voltage to create new and healthy cells to replace old cells, such as walking barefoot on the earth and digging in garden soil.
  • Eat a healthy complete balanced breakfast including proteins and fat for brain food, take nutritional supplements and brush teeth after each meal
  • Listen, observe, read, study, and learn as much as possible about every subject especially communications skills, math, and science, be a creative problem solver, and have fun learning
  • Provide all senses with pure nurturing influences; visual, sounds, scents, taste, and touch
  • Listen to music with a healthy vibration, frequencies, melodies, sing, hum, whistle, and dance to the rhythm.

Noon and Afternoon

  • Read labels, choose, and eat a healthy lunch including protein, fruits, and vegetables—eat a rainbow
  • Smile and be kind, reaching out to others especially the more introverted person and become a friend to others who need encouragement
  • Look for ways to help others and serve anonymously—when we’re helping, we are happy
  • Thank teachers and the adults who provide healthy examples and a safe environment
  • Choose outdoor activities in the fresh air and sunlight, providing exercise, and feeling the exhilaration and joy of riding a bike, or caring for pets, and/or planting a garden
  • Be patient and find ways to coordinate, cooperate, and solve problems, without lowering standards—allow light to dispel the darkness
  • Be trustworthy choosing trustworthy companions and be wise about negative influences
  • Finish what you start then you will have a happy heart

Dinner and Evening

  • Help plan and prepare a healthy nutrient-dense complete dinner with colorful vegetables.
  • Eat with grateful intention and focus.
  • Enjoy the taste and aroma of each different bite appreciating the way it will create new healthy cells.
  • Eat meals in a peaceful environment and positive conversations
  • Help clean up from dinner and plan family time together, perhaps playing a game or allowing each other a chance to share their day with at least one positive experience that brought gratitude and joy to each heart.
  • Complete homework and help a sibling with their homework if needed.
  • Read something inspirational or funny
  • Complete a family project that enhances home and family unity
  • Develop a hobby or talent and practice a skill, minimizing time with the phone, video games, TV, etc.
  • Prepare for bed, take a bath, brush teeth, prepare goals, and clothes for the next day
  • Say prayers of gratitude, while asking forgiveness for any misstep and for strength to help make tomorrow better than today, inviting the help of God and others to accomplish any mutually decided upon goals.  Forgive and feel forgiven. Seek professional coaching were needed for emotions

  1. Our previous lifestyle practices and how much they affected them and created toxic overload.
  2. After adopting healthy lifestyle practices – do we follow them consistently or only follow one or two every now and then?
  3. Are we creating balance with the number of good lifestyle practices around our food, fitness, sleep, stress, spiritual, and social life?

With wise choices, we may look forward to living a healthy lifestyle; helping us to live longer, with fewer health problems.
